No. You can only enter our studio if you’re taking part in a class.

You can cancel your class up to 12 hours before it starts. Cancelling within 12 hours? Then you lose your credit. You cancel a regular group class yourself in our app; for a course class, email info@studioadc.nl.

• Respect our instructors and each other: follow the instructions and rules of the class, cancel in time if you can’t make it, don’t talk during instructions and join in actively. Together we create a safe, happy and respectful atmosphere.

• Take off all your jewellery before class starts and store it safely.

• Safety first: keep enough distance from the poles when it’s not your turn or you’re not spotting, to prevent accidents and give others space.

• Only perform techniques that are part of the class programme and suit your level. Other techniques can lead to falls or injuries.

• Store large items in the cubby cabinet in Studio 1, and in the hallway for Studio 2. During class, only keep a plastic water bottle, grip and cleaning cloth with you, at the side or out of the walkway.

• If there’s time and space to film, only film yourself. Filming others during classes or workshops is not allowed.

• By entering our studio and taking part in any activity, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions. You’ll find them with every product in our webshop and at the bottom of this page.
