To build strength, get your muscles used to it and get to know the pole, we start with the basics. In these classes you’ll learn different spins, how to sit on the pole, climb and do your first basic invert (upside down!). You’ll strengthen your muscles and work on your fitness, while having fun and making progress step by step.

Already feeling at home on the pole? Have you mastered the basic spins, pole sit, climbing and inverts like the Vertical Break and Outside Leg Hang? Then Beginners 2 is for you! In this level you’ll learn several different inverts, like the Superman, and practise cool combos.

Ready for more of a challenge? For Intermediate you need to have mastered techniques like the Butterfly, Inverted D, Superman, Hangover and Baby Jade. We work on power tricks, flexy moves and combos on both static and spinning pole. Let’s go!

Pole is your passion and Intermediate feels too easy? Then Advanced is for you! For this class you need to have mastered techniques like the Normal and Cup Grip Handspring, Jade, Shoulder Mount Deadlift, Russian Layback and flips. Experience on the spinning pole and a good dose of strength and flexibility are also required. In class you’ll work on challenging combos, beautiful splits and spectacular moves.

Pole Technique is all about refining your technique, control and execution. We focus on individual moves rather than combos, so you have the space to properly learn and perfect every technique. The perfect foundation to move on the pole in an ever stronger, more beautiful and more fluid way. Because the class is taught at different levels, there’s plenty of challenge for everyone.

Specially for ladies who find the regular classes a little too intense, are injured or recovering, are pregnant or have just had a baby, or simply fancy a calmer class.

Our stretch classes are an essential addition to your training. In this class we stretch your whole body, which not only improves your flexibility but also helps you recover, reduces tension and makes your muscles more supple. Warning: stretch a lot and you might suddenly reach all your Flexy Pole goals!

Pilates strengthens your core and improves your posture, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Perfect alongside your pole and aerial classes, and a valuable boost for your daily life too. Injured, pregnant or just had a baby? You’re very welcome as well!

Take your Pilates training to the next level! In this class you work at a higher pace, with more challenging combinations and balance exercises that put your strength, control and stability to the test. Level: you’ve taken at least 5 Pilates classes and know the basic principles of Pilates, so you can do the exercises safely and with the right technique.

In our Aerial classes you learn beautiful poses & combos on the silks (fabric hanging from the ceiling) and/or hoop (a ring hanging from the ceiling). No experience needed, everyone is welcome.

A wonderful class to boost your confidence! In this class you learn to move gracefully and elegantly around the pole. You can dance in heels (pleasers), but socks are welcome too. No experience in heels is needed, but you should have mastered all the basic spins from level 1. Don’t forget your knee pads!

Enjoy training with several levels together? Then join this class! During the hour you learn different tricks and combos. Our instructors build everything up carefully, so it’s fun and challenging for everyone. Check the schedule for the right level.

Ready to take your pole skills for a spin? In this class, you’ll learn beautiful and dynamic combos on the spinning pole. We’ll work on flow, control and technique while making the most of the spin.

Ready for everything but the basics? In this class, you’ll learn cool tricks, unexpected transitions, pole quickies and flips. A little something different from your regular pole class!
