Pole Basics
In this workshop you learn the basics of pole dance: graceful spins, sitting on and climbing the pole. Getting the hang of it quickly? Then you might even go upside down! A great workshop for all kinds of outings!
Chair Dance
In this workshop you learn to dance in a sexy and sensual way, with a chair as your main prop. We’ll teach you a seductive choreography, with a very high fun factor of course!
Sexy Pole
Discover your sensual side! After learning some graceful spins, you’ll learn a sexy routine full of flow and attitude: perfect for feeling feminine and confident.
Burlesque
Unleash your inner diva! First you learn some fun basic poses, then we bring it all together in a short, sexy choreography. A playful, energetic workshop full of confidence, fun and a touch of glamour! We don’t use the pole in this workshop, but we do dance with feather boas and a chair as props.
Twerk
Shake it! First you learn the basic moves, then we put it all together in a fun, energetic choreography.
Aerial
Love hanging up high or floating in fabric? In this workshop you learn the basic techniques and discover what it feels like to literally fly! Choose an Aerial Hoop or Silk workshop for a whole new experience!
