In doing so, we comply with the requirements of privacy legislation. For us, this means that:
- we clearly state for what purpose we process personal data. We do this through this privacy statement.

- we take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.
- we respect your right to access, correct or delete your personal data on request.
Studio ADC is responsible for the data processing. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use, and for what purpose. We recommend that you read it carefully.

Use of personal data
When you sign up with Studio ADC for a membership or workshop, you give us certain information, which may include personal data. We only store and use personal data that you provide directly, in connection with the service you requested, or that is clearly provided to us for processing.
We use the following data for the purposes stated in this privacy statement:
- Name and address details
- Phone number
- Email address
- Payment details
- Date of birth
Registration
To sign up for our classes, you first need to be registered on our website. We assign you a username. After registration, we store your username together with the first and last name you provided, as well as your email address. We store this data so you don’t have to enter it every time, and so we can contact you in connection with the performance of the agreement.
We will not share the data linked to your username with third parties, unless we are legally required to. If fraud or misuse of our site is suspected, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities. Through our portal you can access your account, where you can enter and change your details yourself.
Marketing
In addition to the information on our website, we may inform you about our new products and services via social media if you have subscribed to this.
Publication
We do not publish your customer data.
Sharing with third parties
We may pass your data on to our partners, but only when these partners are involved in performing an agreement (for example the sale of items in our studio).
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies.
Website analytics
We use analytics on our website to track how visitors use our website. We have not concluded a data processing agreement with external parties to use our data. We have also not allowed any external parties to use the analytics information obtained for other services. We do not keep track of IP addresses.
Security
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:
We do not store any personal data on our website other than the login name, first and last name and email address of members. These are kept in a secure area and are not accessible to others.
- On our website we preferably use only first names and, where necessary, an abbreviated last name.
- We no longer request personal data for registration through electronic forms on the website, only through direct contact.
Retention periods
The personal data described above is kept for as long as necessary to provide our services. After that, we keep data for a maximum of one year. The data is then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment details).
Third-party websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites linked to our website. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure way. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before using them.
