Rules – Aerial Hoop

We’ve made some small changes, please read our rules carefully! ❤️

Hight: 165-170 cm (both categories).
Diameter: 95 cm.
Age: 12+.
Hoop: Singel point with swivel.
The hoop will not be taped.
(Great try out for the nationals!)

Solo & duo!

Amateur:
Maximum of 1 dynamic movement / roll.
Only contact drops.
No meathooks.
No foot or heel hangs.
Splits with a maximum of 160 degrees.
Maximum of 3 years experience.
No instructors.

Professional:
All techniques allowed.

Music
Amateur: between 2:30-3:00 minutes.
Professional: between 3:00-3:30 minutes.
